Reilly Associates' upgrade to this 450 thousand Gallon Per Day treatment plant was designed to meet Chesapeake Bay limits with a new sequencing batch reactor. Reilly Associates also designed water tight reinforced concrete tanks for sewage treatment, to meet building and ACI codes including seismic analysis.

Reilly Associates provided the planning, design and construction administration including all of the electrical, mechanical and structural design for the  Sanitary Sewer Authority of the Borough of Shickshinny, in Shickshinny Borough (1997).  Reilly Associates  designed an upgrade of existing plant from 230,000 GPD to 450,000 GPD, including Reed Beds for sludge drying and 5 miles of force main and new pump station to connect to the SCI Retreat state prison.  Reilly Associates designed a renovation of the existing sewage pumping station.  This work also involved modifications to the existing power and control system.

Reilly Associates was responsible for sewage planning studies including infiltration and inflow analysis of the Shickshinny Borough sewer system which is located along the bank of the Susquehanna River.
