Casey Cawley manages large scale land development projects, NPDES permitting, municipal land development reviews and MS4 compliance for municipalities. He assists in the planning, design, construction and permitting of public works, transportation, municipal and land development projects.
Casey is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 21 years experience and graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
