Brian Tully has over 38 years of experience in construction engineering and construction management on a wide range of project types and sizes. Brian is a Registered Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State. He has been in construction engineering and construction project management positions on projects for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, the New York State Department of Transportation, the New Jersey Department of Transportation, the West Virginia Department of Transportation, and the Army Corp of Engineers, as well as a number of county, municipal and private owners. Brian has experience managing construction projects for both owners and contractors. Projects include bridge, roadway, commercial and residential site development, storm drainage, water and sanitary sewer, with contract values ranging from several thousand to over $25 million.
