Robert Doble is a Senior Consultant with Reilly Associates. Bob is a Registered Professional Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor with over 45 years experience and is a graduate of Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a project resource on a variety of issues which include coordination with State and local agencies such as PennDOT, DEP and local municipalities.
